Should You Rewrite Your PLR Articles
You’ve acquired some PLR content. But how do you use it to best advantage while avoiding roadblocks? Search engines are programed to feed relevant results to surfers. To do that, they have to scan over the on-page content followed by a lot of other things. If you think that having the same content on two different sites gives you two chances to be ranked high in the results, think again. They got smart to that trickery a long time ago.
Duplicate Content Penalty
Search engines have complicated algorithms that can be difficult to reverse engineer. But one thing is certain: if the exact same content is used across multiple websites, you can suffer a duplicate content penalty. The best way to solve that issue is to rewrite the PLR content. It takes a little more work, but it’s a sure bet.
How Much Change Is Needed
It’s difficult to know exactly how much to change, but even changing only 10% of the content can easily put you in the clear. Out of a 500 word article, that’s only 50 words - less than one paragraph’s worth over all. Pretty easy.
Make It You
Tailoring content has more advantages. By modifying the PLR article to something that sounds more like how you would write, you will give your website a unique ‘flavor'.
Set Yourself Apart
When you do that with a number of articles, you are guaranteed to differentiate your site from your competitor. That keeps vistors and customers loyal, because then you are the only one in the world with exactly that content. After all, there are quite a few actors in this world, but there’s only one Harrison Ford.
Writing Unique Content
You could avoid the duplicate content issue entirely by writing every article from scratch. But that’s time consuming and not everyone has the interest or ability. To run a successful site, you have lots of things to do every day. you’re not doing various other things, with whatever time you spend writing.
It can be much harder to begin from a blank page. It’s a lot easier to re-write something than to write from just a topic idea. Changing a phrase here or an example there is easy and the writing that’s already on the page stimulates you to think of alternatives.
Creating Backlinks
Quality does count. You may not have the interest or ability to write great content, the type of content that attracts visitors and backlinks. Even if you can, it takes time to do well. If you don’t take the time, you’ll end up with content that isn’t polished. That can turn people off. Not a good business strategy.
Polish It
It’s much quicker and easier to modify good quality private label content to avoid a duplicate content penalty and make it your own than it is to fix up junk. You can polish good chrome to a shine in a few minutes. If it’s totally rusty, you’ll spend all day!

How I Used The Fresh Papaya (PawPaw):
The fruit was to be consumed ‘As is’ because we always have a small plate of fruit everyday around 5 pm.
I planned on adding a teaspoon of seeds into my Yogurt at lunchtime.
The ‘Coleslaw’ I would add to any Salad (even in a sandwich) as it’s summertime in Oz and we are eating a lot of Salads. Don’t know what I am going to do in the Winter though? If you have any ideas please add them as a comment so everyone can benefit.

Monday 6th Feb 2012: My Prostate Cancer Diary.
So here is the problem. I have dismissed Surgery completly and that leads me to Radio Therapy as the only available conventional medical alternative.
My Oncologist want me to have Hormone Treatment to:
- a: Slow the Growth of the Cancer cells by (basically) chemically castrating me. Ouch!
- b: Shrink the Prostate down to a smaller target for his magic Death Ray.
I didn’t want to do that with Hormone treatment, but can appreciate why he wants to do that.
So I’m looking into all types of Natural and Alternative medications.

Prostate Treatments and Me.
Long time coming since my last post – but I have been kinda busy…. Tests – tests and more tests 
So this is the latest:
My Urologist sent me to the Radio Oncologist because I decided I do NOT want surgery. Apparently I can’t have Brachyatherapy (my original choice) because my Gleason Score is 8 – too high, so External Beam Therapy is the only option, even though they only found cancer cells in ONE of the TEN Biopsies they took.
HOWEVER: (I am discovering LOTS of ‘Howevers’), the Oncologist wants me to have Hormone Treatment first to bring my enlarged prostate down in size.
